Electron Microscopy Sciences CytoSeal 60, 4 oz
Premium quality; formulated from the highest quality advanced acrylic resin. It will not become brittle and crack, nor will it discolor or yellow with age. CytoSeal dries rapidly, allowing examination soon after application. It can be used with oil immersion objectives and in fluorescent procedures. Slides will not stick together and the medium will not "cold flow" to the edge of the slide during long term storage. CytoSeal can be dissolved in toluene or xylene. An antioxidant has been added to the formulation to prevent fading of slides. CytoSeal comes in a Controlled Drop Dispenser, with varying viscosities. CytoSeal 60, which has a viscosity of 60cps, is intended primarily for use with cover glass.
Diagnostic Biosystems CC/MOUNT CC/Mount™
CC/Mount is an aqueous mounting medium with very high refractive index. When applied to the stained tissue sections, specimens can be permanently mounted without chromogens fading. Due to the superior refractive index of CC/Mount, tissues mounted in this medium look like dehydrated specimens. No coverslipping is required with CC/Mount. However, if coverslipping is desired, dried CC/Mount can be post-mounted by using an organic based mounting medium. Advantages of CC/Mount are numerous: no coverslip, no exposure to the organic fumes, permanent storage of slides and high resolution of tissue specimens. CC/Mount is compatible with chromogens lik AEC, DAB, Fast Red, BCIP/NBT, BCIP/INT and fluorescent dyes like FITC and phycobiliproteins. The high pH of CC/Mount ensures increased stability of fluorescence.\n\nThis product is designed for permanent mounting of tissue specimens stained with peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase-based systems and various fluorescent dyes.
Electron Microscopy Sciences Tempfix Adhesive Set
A thermoplastic adhesive for mounting powder specimens and small particles for SEM. It does not contain any solvents and it is stable in high vacuum. It is not sticky at room temperature but becomes adhesive at 40 degree C and melts at 120 degree C. Tempfix may also be used as an embedding medium. Electron Microscopy Sciences EMS Glycerol Mounting Medium w/ DAPI & DABCO 20 ML
EMS Glycerol with DAPI and DABCO is an aqueous mounting medium for preserving fluorescence of tissue and cell smears. It prevents rapid photobleaching of FITC, Texas Red, AMCA, Cy2, Cy3, Cy5, Alexa fluoro 488, Alexa fluoro 594, Green fluorescent protein (GFP), tetramethyly rhodamine, Redox. Fluorescence is retained during prolonged storage at 4 deg C in the dark.
This mounting medium is fortified with DAPI which is a counter-stain for DNA. This product is to be used in situ hybridization techniques or other methods where fluorescence of DNA staining is required. DAPI excites at 360nm and emits at 460nm, producing a blue fluorescence. RNA is also stained with DAPI.
Not recommended for phycoethyrin (PE), phycocyanin (PC) and allophycocyanin (APC).

Leica Biosystems MICROMOUNT MOUNTING MEDIA 1PT
Micromount is a rapid-drying, xylene-based mounting medium. An antioxidant is added to inhibit stain fading and prevent the formation of annual rings. Micromount sets up quickly, allowing slide preparations to be handled immediately after mounting. Micromount is soluble in xylene, toluene, and most xylene substitutes.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Mount Quick Water Base 30 ML
Mounting media for cover glass. It comes in a convenient dispensing tube or bottle. Solvent based which is soluble in xylene and has a 10 minute dry time. Its viscosity is 33 cps at 25 degree.
Electron Microscopy Sciences Conductive Silver Pen
This pen is designed for making instant conductive silver traces. It is ideal for applying samples to SEM stubs. A unique valve tip allows for very smooth flow withnormal writing pressure and it is spring loaded to prevent clogging. For conductivity traces, solderable termination's are possible using a 250 degree F cure for 15-20 minutes. Tin, lead, or silver solder can be used (Do not exceed 350 degree F for more than 5 seconds).
Each pen is filled with approximately 100 feet of traces. Silver content: 39-45% with less than 10 micron diameter. The thinner used for this pen is Butyl Acetate.
